We have reached Roma!

We're in Rome! Cycled 90 km yesterday and camped in the outskirts. Just having lunch in our tent at Camp Roma. Going to check out the city this afternoon. x

Camping in Piancastagnaio

Camping close to Piancastagnaio. Passed through cyprus forest yesterday and into Siena. Crossed over a mountain pass today and by Chianti hill top villages.

We finally got the phone charged! We are in Florence. Have spent two days here, it's magnificent! Setting out again after lunch, but it's pouring with rain. xx

On the way to Italy!

Enjoyed the luxury of a hotel last night!

Hi! Stayed in a hotel in Romans last night then cycled 115.4 km today and climbed a 500m peak! Over 300m straight up! Camping near Rochegude tonight x

We can see the Alps!

Hi. We are in Bourg en Bresse. Lots of sun. We are taking country roads to miss big cities. Can see the foothills of the Alps! Saw our first sign for the Cote d'Azur today. Exciting!!
